SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 28th, 2026
1. Program Description
AirBridge Broadband LLC ("AirBridge," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program to keep customers informed and to provide certain service-related and promotional communications. By opting in, you may receive text messages regarding:
-
Service & outage alerts — planned maintenance, unplanned outages, network status updates affecting your service
-
Billing & account notifications — payment due reminders, payment confirmations, past-due notices, autopay confirmations
-
Appointment & install scheduling — technician arrival windows, installation confirmations, reschedule notices, service call reminders
-
Marketing & promotions — new service offerings, plan upgrades, seasonal promotions, referral programs
These four categories are collectively referred to as the "Program."
2. Consent to Receive Messages
Consent to receive service, billing, and appointment/install messages ("Operational Messages") is provided as part of establishing service with AirBridge and is a condition of maintaining your account's communication preferences on file. These messages relate directly to the service you have contracted for.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to Marketing Messages to receive or maintain internet service from AirBridge.
By opting in, you confirm that:
-
You are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and are 18 years of age or older.
-
You are providing your consent voluntarily.
-
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by category and depends on account activity and network conditions:
-
Service/outage alerts: sent as needed; frequency varies based on network events
-
Billing notifications: typically up to 4 messages per month
-
Appointment/install messages: sent around scheduled service visits
-
Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent as part of this Program. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. AirBridge is not responsible for any charges billed by your wireless carrier.
5. Supported Carriers
This Program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. AirBridge and its messaging partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt Out
To stop all messages, including Operational Messages: Contact AirBridge customer support directly at 208-494-4343d or support@airbridgebroadband.com. Because Operational Messages relate to active service on your account (e.g., outage and billing alerts), we ask that opt-outs from these categories be confirmed directly with support so we can discuss alternate ways to reach you about your service.
