Network Management Policy


 

AirBridge Broadband Network Policy

 

AirBridge Broadband Network Policy describes how we manage our network, traffic, and customer data.

 

  • Traffic Neutrality & Prioritization: AirBridge Broadband employs the use of certain lists to block some malicious traffic. Otherwise, we treat internet traffic equally, without discrimination based on content, sender, application or service. We do not favor any Internet traffic over others, including through the use of techniques such as traffic shaping, prioritization, or resource reservation, to benefit an affiliate, and we have no plans to do so. We do not favor or prioritize any Internet traffic over others, and we do not prioritize Internet websites over others in exchange for any consideration to benefit any content, applications, services, or devices.
     

  • Data Usage: AirBridge Broadband has an unlimited data usage policy. We do not restrict, slow down, or turn off customers in regards to how much data they are using. 

 

  • Equipment: AirBridge Broadband equipment is and shall remain the property of AirBridge Broadband regardless of where installed within the Service Location(s) and shall not be considered a fixture or an addition to the land or the Service Location(s). 

 

  • Service: The AirBridge Broadband service is provided on an ‘As is, as available’ basis. No warranties, expressed, or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to AirBridge Broadband or any information or software therein. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by AirBridge Broadband.

 

  • Congestion: AirBridge Broadband monitors and proactively reinforces our network with additional capacity in areas where growth trends identify a need. If network congestion occurs, AirBridge Broadband employs various techniques to ensure a positive customer experience and fair distribution of network resources.

 

  • Privacy: Our network management practices are intended to ensure that we provide our customers with the best possible Internet access. We do not inspect traffic for any other purposes other than to keep track at the network level, where traffic flows ensuring that the network is adequate for the demands of customers. To achieve this goal, we employ network management techniques such as detecting malicious Internet traffic, to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
